This is an incompatible change in beta-d

you can edit system/main/socket.ijs
find the line 

if. 0~:res WSAStartupJ 257;1000$' ' do..

and change it to 

if. 0~:res WSAStartupJ 257;(15!:15)1000$' ' do..
