Those seems warning only.
if you change the line in stdlib.ijs from
try. spawn_jtask_ 'lsof -p ',(;i{p) ,' "',(;i{fs),'"'
to
try. spawn_jtask_ 'lsof -p ',(;i{p) ,' "',(;i{fs),'" 2>/dev/null'
then there should no more visible warnings.
