Because the display is laid out automatically, and may change radically
based on selection, it is next to impossible for me to constrain the
placement of blocks.
You can reduce the font size for various header items. Preferences also
gives you some options for how the header is displayed.
I can imagine changes I could make:
* routing the wires on a finer routing grid
* making the portions of the header optional
To see if it helps, I have just added an lower option of 5% for the max
height of a block.
Think about what might help.
