I saved my variables causing the error (3!:1 x) fwrite 'x.jdata' (3!:1 y) fwrite 'y.jdata' The first variable is a vector, the second is a sparse array. I have to thin out this array by removing the lines containing this vector from it. The code contained an error, but no error should lead to segmentation.
