that question.

Well... I've made some changes to the nuvoc entry, to state some of
these issues more directly. Please let me know if you have issues with
any of my editing here.

(I've omitted mention of the "important parameters" abstraction -- but
of course it can be brought back later, if future updates to t.
warrant it.)
