I did (now), but this reveal a deeper problem

/home/ns/j601/jconsole: /lib/i686/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.3.4' not
found (required by /home/ns/j601/jconsole)
This dependancy means that j610 is only compatible with newer Linices. I
this necessary?
