k beta available for windows

This version contains the latest changes and bug fixes as discussed in the
beta forum.
The opengl intro lab has been improved and cleaned up. The high overhead of
pixels/glpixels has been reduced with new command glpixelsx taking a memory
address argument.
Work is in progress on cd performance improvements. Tests indicate the final
version will have cd performing as well or better than the old 11!:3xxxx.
The k beta for Linux and Mac will follow later today.
