[Jbeta] different virtual key keycode?

In isigraph char event, the keycode for virtual keys in sysdata is different 
from that given in vkeys.ijs.
They are smaller than 128 and is other values
  Home = 19  End = 18
whereas
VK_END=:35
VK_HOME=:36
Is there a new way to calculate the keycode?
