[Jbeta] too many DLLs loaded (max 20)

At last I hit the limited. A few weeks ago I ran into a cd domain error on 
calling dll.  cder'' returned 3 0 which meant too many DLLs loaded (max 20). Can 
this limit be increased to 100 or so?
