[Jbeta] Inverted Table into system library

I found Roger Hui's Essays/Inverted Table very useful in data processing.  In 
order to avoid future name conflict or re-inventing wheels, will it be possible 
to put its Collected Definitions into system library scripts just like that for 
csv or plot?
