Thanks for pointing this out. It will be fixed. All that is required is that
the command be updated to have bin\j.jar.

No problem starting win32 version.
however for java under win32, run at bin directory
javaw -jar j.jar
it said error and no ide window for debugging. It worked in previous beta.
