I think the -ldl is required in unix builds. The -m32 should probably be
left out so that a default build is for 32bit or 64bit depending on
platform. A general makefile that will work everywhere for everyone is
probably more work than is warranted and it becomes so verbose and complex
that the user who needs further tweaking will be confused. I will probably
remove the -ldl and -m32 and add a few comments. Thanks for the comments.

In makefile_jfe the line
FLAGS= -m32 -ldl -o jfex
the -ldl is not needed and will cause link error in WIN32. Other than that
it compiled smoothly.
