I forgot to mention I use mingw. -ldl is needed in Linux so that I think that it
needs different makefiles for linux and window. I don't use vc++ thus I don't
know that makefile works or not.

FLAGS= -m32 -ldl -o jfex
the -ldl is not needed and will cause link error in WIN32. Other than
that it compiled smoothly.
