Thanks for the bug report. I incorrectly assumed that Java automatically got
Windows as the default laf on Windws. This will be fixed.

Yes, I actually want native laf on window however it seems that the
default laf is metal in win32 cbeta. In open file dialog it does not use
the native window dialog and it should if window laf is the default.
