There isn't a nice a smooth support to generate PDFs etc. from Wiki pages, at least from MoinMoin. There are some approximation routes via DocBook (requires later version 1.5+ and good DocBook rendering) or via LaTeX with incompletenesses. In addition this will face common problems such as linking images and handling wiki storage access security etc.
The simplest and sure way is to utilize the best commonly available multimedia renderer out there: the web browser; with its printing function and capturing the print output with a PDF maker directly or via PostScript. On some platforms it is native, some can use free Adobe driver and GhostScript. This will not be devoid of limitations from strict publishing aesthetics, but is sure to deliver results promptly fit for practical use.
