You could create an Icon/shortcut on your desktop with the following Target 
(all one line):
"C:\Program Files\j701\bin\jconsole.exe" -js BROWSER_j_=:'' "load 
'~system/extras/util/browser.ijs'" "launch_jbrowser_ 
'http://127.0.0.1:1500/jijx'" "jhs 1500"

That will automate the process of starting the jhs server and opening the jijx 
in your browser.
