Yes, a challenge/response would work, but couldn't we geek it up a bit?
Say you send me a simple J expression like '3+4' and I have to respond with
the result of the "next" valid J expression, e.g.

   a.{~256|>:a. i. '3+4'
4,5
   ".a.{~256|>:a. i. '3+4'
4 5

?
