As long was 1.ijs is not empty, I get the desired behaviour. It is trivial to enable J syntax highlighting in the Term window (IJX) too (see the difference between ~system/config/edit.xml and ~system/config/term.xml), but I don't see any easy way of only highlighting the input and not the output without delimiting them in some reasonably robust way. Having said that I haven't tried yet so it is probably worth a go. > * Also, what is the shortcut key to switch from the IJS > to the IJX, a la F12 in J6? Ctrl+m to open/switch to Edit window Ctrl+t to switch to Term window > Can others confirm these behaviors? Have you upgraded your gui/gtkide addon to version 1.0.4 using jpkg? I think the latest zip comes with version 1.0.3. load 'pacman' 'search' jpkg 'gui' +----------+-----+-----+-------+ |gui/gtk |1.0.5|1.0.5|GTK API| +----------+-----+-----+-------+ |gui/gtkide|1.0.4|1.0.4|GTK IDE| +----------+-----+-----+-------+ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For information about J forums see http://www.jsoftware.com/forums.htm
