Thanks for the clear report. It works for me in a single user install and I assume yours is the shared user install (with its more complicated access check).
There are still a few IFWIN32s hanging around. I believe doing IFWIN32_z_=: IFWIN at the beginning of your session might be a workaround. Please confirm if you find this to be so.
