*.jproj files seem to be filtered from the "files" tab of the Sidebar. The only
way to open them currently is to use Project|Properties. It is confusing not to
have them appear in the files tab, and it would be useful be able to open the
file from the Sidebar as well as from the menu.

If a file/script that is currently open in a tab of the Edit window gets
changed by another program (text editor, programmatically ...) the Edit window
doesn't seem to be aware of that and will save over those changes. Also AFAICS
there is no way to refresh the contents of the tab other than closing the tab
and opening it again. Other editors will detect that the version saved on disk
has been changed by another program and notify the user, prompting whether to
refresh or not.

Not sure how easy it is to do the detection bit, but I imagine, for now, it
would be relatively easy to make a "refresh from file" menu/tool bar option?
