I imagine that is feasible now. Previously jproj also stored open
files state and need to updated by ide.  Now jproj is relatively
static and should cause little harm if contained in the files tab.

I guess auto-detection required another supporting library. Will it be
OK if only adding a "refresh from file" option, and/or a warning if
file has been altered by other applications during saving?
