Ric's instructions are very good, although at some point I would love to see some sort of a selection box in the interface that mimics the current Studio/Lab menu; providing a one-click path to the requested lab. IMO this would need to be done in a way that avoids pop-ups, since turning off pop-up windows is often the first meta action of a developing web surfer.
