IMO if one use jhs frontend, he should already connected to the
internet and google charts can be assumed always available in the
case.  J plot package require x-window (may be except pdf and eps
output) and therefore cannot run on Jsoftware web server to produce a
png to jhs client.  Google charts seems a viable workaround.

That being said, I prefer J plot over google chart on j6 or j7gtk
