I took (perhaps incorrectly) Murray's question to be about JHS (where there is a menu).
I agree there should be a user friendly help support for console users. What would you suggest? Noun help? Verb help? Front end trap for naked ?? Propose something simple and I expect Chris would be happy to pick it up.
