Tried sourceforge. Following thru Gtk+ refs, I get directed to sourceforge as follows:
+++++ Building, Bundling & Integrating GTK+ on MacOSX is now consolidated at http://gtk-osx.sourceforge.net The development of the quartz backend to GTK+ remains in the GTK+ project. You can track the development on the OSX Development page +++++ When i go for the download there I get asingle script: gtk-osx-build-setup.sh When I run it using Terminal.app, it says to me... "Git is not available, please install it and try again." At this point I lose confidence that I'm dealing with a product that's comprehensible unless you're an expert GTK+/Git/GNU developer. Which I'm not. So I followed the Glade suggestion of Ric... This downloads as a conventional disk image (*.dmg) which offers me a single app which I place in my Applications folder and run it. It all seems to work. No sign of any associated Gtk folders (Spotlight is very good at finding anything with the word Gtk in it). So, I guess it's all in the app, which is really a wrapped-up folder. So I open Glade.app as a folder and I see inside a number of files & folders with gtk and pango in their names. There are still no files/folders with gtk in their names (except the J701 ones) outside Glade.app, ie "properly" installed. I'm going to answer Bill's posting now...
