Not sure I understand the problem. In an jijx window an esc and then j will refresh the window with any new jijx output.
Also (depending on the browser) a normal browser refresh should have the same effect. On several browsers this is F5 key. I think the same should work for the demos. That is with a demo in a tab you should be able to edit the demo script in another jijs tab and do an esc then r to run the script. Then back to the demo tab and an F5 should refresh. If this doesn't answer your questions, please ask again with more details. I agree that browser behaviour in non-trivial situations can be confusing after years of desktop familiarity. 2011/1/8 Björn Helgason <[email protected]> > I am wondering how to get a refresh of the jijx without writing to it or > creating a new tab. > > I try refresh of the tab and nothing happens. > > Write something directly to the jijx and I get what I wrote to it from > outside. > > Same goes when I change a demo and want a rewrite. > > I change the script and I do not get the changes until after I create a new > tab with the demo in it. > > It takes a bit of practice to get a hang of the browsers behaviors. > > > -- > Björn Helgason, Verkfræðingur > Fornustekkum II > 781 Hornafirði, > t-póst: [email protected] > gsm: +3546985532 > sími: +3544781286 > http://groups.google.com/group/J-Programming > > > Tæknikunnátta höndlar hið flókna, sköpunargáfa er meistari einfaldleikans > > góður kennari getur stigið á tær án þess að glansinn fari af skónum > /|_ .-----------------------------------. > ,' .\ / | Með léttri lund verður | > ,--' _,' | Dagurinn í dag | > / / | Enn betri en gærdagurinn | > ( -. | `-----------------------------------' > | ) | (\_ _/) > (`-.
