I started using Ric's suggestion of the green J png for both term and
edit and really like it. This also means there is no need to rename
"Term" to "J Term".

Dave's version of the original png files with the J logo added look
good at their normal size, but on my machine do not scale well for the
task panel. Do these look good on other machines? If so we could add
them to the distribution either as default or custom pngs.

The next scripts will read any term.png or edit.png from the ~config
directory to override the default, so they can be customized.  What
should be the defaults?

I am not sure why the linux version uses edit.svg, perhaps because
.svg files are commonly used for icons. But a .png file works just as
well.
