Mac powerpc is at its EOL (end of life) according to Apple and several major software suppliers.
Over the last weeks Jsoftware has expended too much in trying to get jgtk to run on mac powerpc. This message officially announces Jsoftware's position on mac powerpc. J701 is available for the mac powerpc but does NOT include jgtk. J701 is the last J mac powerpc release. The upside to this is that Mac intel 64 will be an officially supported J701 product.
