I understand. But I am user who doesn't want the functionality you mentioned.
Is it possible to add a setting to the slimserver that gives the user an option to control this behaviour? For example: 'SB2 disconnect in standby mode Yes/No'. If the standby button is pressed, the SB2 could check the slimserver setting and acts accordingly. That would be a perfect solution for me, and maybe also for others.
