When I've enabled some debug options, opened http://localhost:9000/log.txt,
then stopped the service and opened http://localhost:9000/log.txt, it can't
resolve the address as the service isn't running, and then when I restart the
service, the log is empty.

What does the exe contain? I thought it was some kind of compiled version of
the Perl. If it's possible to rebuild it, I could automate the rebuild when
updating SVN. How does one rebuild it?

On the other hand, I quite like running the interpretted perl, as it's quick to
update and restart.
