Also note that the bit rate on that sample file was relatively high for a FLAC file at 960 kbps. Shouldn't be a problem per se, but if network bandwidth is marginal then higher bit rate tracks would be more likely to reveal a problem.
To generate the packet dump, install ethereal (http://www.ethereal.com) and then do Capture->Start->OK, let it run until you get the dropout, then hit stop and then file->save.
