While enabling this new pref has a positive affect on the refresh speed of the UI, here are some things I've noticed.
1) I now have no way of knowing when a re-scan completes. The "The server is now rescanning your Music Library." message appears on the Server Settings page when I hit re-scan, but is not visible on the main page.
