BTW, is there an option to avoid slimserver doing a rescan upon
restart (or does this only happen if the db is empty?).
it happens if the db is showing no tracks, or if the db version
numbers fail to match. The numbers are only changed if the structure
alters in a way that makes the old version unusable.
