and this log appears to be all LF, which is correct. Slimserver has always standardised on unix-style line endings. Of course, there is nothing that prevents a plugin from writing to the log in other ways, but using the msg() function should result in common output. If there ever were CRLF, and they've changed to LF then that is a good thing as far as I am concerned. As I have said, I am not aware of any specific effort in this area, but that doesn't mean that there hasnt been side effects of the ongoing work. Every developer tries to clean up old code where possible (since we're all under the microscope)
I'm not really seeing the problem here. I trust someone will enlighten me further.
