I interpreted the original questions as asking for a way to run multiple SlimServer databases within a single mySQL server instance. In other words: Is there a configuration or switch that allows you to specify a database name for use by a given instance of SlimServer?

I may be misinterpreting your response, but it sounds as if you are describing a method to run two separate mySQL server instances.
