I use an Initial letter/Artist/Album dir scheme so yes they are in different directories.
>From the web ui, If I browse to Artist Peter Gabriel then play the album It seems ok. If instead I browse albums there is only one entry for 'Up' and clicking on play causes this playlist 1. Airportman - R.E.M. - Up 2. Darkness - Peter Gabriel - Up 3. Growing Up - Peter Gabriel - Up 4. Lotus - R.E.M. - Up 5. Sky Blue - Peter Gabriel - Up 6. Suspicion - R.E.M. - Up 7. Hope - R.E.M. - Up 8.
