As expected, my system came out of standby when I hit the power button on my SB3 remote.
Now it did shut down again after playing a few tracks for some reason, but I have used Wake-On-Lan before and it has ept the machine out of standy for hours. Not sure if you have the equipment, but I'd try a magic packet generator on a laptop with a wireless card tosee if you can bring your P.C. out of standby with other hardware, because the SB seems to be working as it always did.
