I don't get it. Why would you want this? One of the advantages to persistent logging levels is in troubleshooting startup issues. Support (or someone helping out in the forums) could tell a user to enable such-and-such a debugging option, then restart the server to see what is logged. Requiring any command line options for the typical Windows user running SlimServer as a service is not a good idea. One things that would really be helpful in this regard, though, would be a 'Reset to defaults' button.
