I switched to SS7 to have a play with the new skin. I didn't like it much, so I reverted back to Fishbone to see how SS7 felt in terms of responsiveness compared to SS6.5.4.
SS7 seems to be going well. I noticed the following though with album information display. I went to Albums in Gallery mode. I like the way that the track listing for an album pops up over the albums list, although it would be nice to have the album artist name and album name. I selected an album that didn't have a tooltip on it (turns out it was "All Songs"). This popped open a long list of tracks, which was not all songs (not paged?). It took me quite a while to figure out how to get rid of the popup, as the close button was off the right hand side, and the horizontal scrollbar was off the bottom of the screen!
