Did you remove the Program Files/SlimServer folder, too? In which folder  
did SC7 install?

I just noticed that we're probably having a problem with machine on which  
there was a SlimServer installed. The installer tries to gracefully  
update, using the existing folder and prefernences files etc. But the  
SqueezeTray is hardcoded to the new SqueezeCenter path. This can lead to  
problems. Will have to work this out.

Thanks. Please include the installation folder in your report, as well as  
some registry keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software
    /Logitech
    /SlimDevices

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software
    /Logitech
    /SlimDevices

- whatever of these you can find
