I have traced the filesystem activity during startup, and noticed that it is
now trying to read server preferences from C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Application Data\SqueezeCenter\. I found various stuff in this folder,
including a prefs sub-folder.

I tried deleting the folder it and restarting the server, and saw a message in
the log saying that it couldn't find the prefs and was creating a new prefs
folder.

This seems to be a change - it is not detecting my server settings that until
now were created by SC7 within the .\server\prefs folder.

I'm also wondering if the initial setup wizard should provide a mechanism for
importing settings from a previous installation if no existing prefs can be
found automatically? At the moment I'm finding it really annoying, as it
creates new settings, and then starts scanning for music. It finds that I have
an iTunes library and starts to import songs from that, which is so not what I
want it to do. All this before I get chance to open the WebUI and get the
wizard up.

I think I have now got my server running with the correct prefs by deleting the
data within the All Users account and copying in my prefs folder by hand. The
log output looks better. However, the WebUI is not responding.
