The problem I needed to fix is that CentOS 4 includes a version of flac
that is *older* than 1.1.1 and is incompatible with alienbbc.  Although
it's not the cleanest way to build an RPM, my thinking is that the
lowest risk (from a compatibility and support standpoint) is just to
package whatever is in the standard SC tarball.  If there is a reason
to update it, the core SD developers will do so and the RPM will pick
it up then.
