Mario This seems very strange. I have not had these problems. When you download the dmg file and double click on the installer icon, does it say that SlimCenter has installed OK?
I have never known this to fail. Maybe worth double checking that you have no other applications running just in case. Also people always tell you to make sure you repair permissions by running Disk Utility in the Utilities folder (this takes ages on OSX 10.5) - worth a try even though I am yet to be convinced it does anything! Good luck, but I cannot think what else to suggest - I am afraid that it is most likely something with your system rather than Slimserver/SlimCenter. If it installs correctly you should have a SlimCenter preferencepane visible in System Preferences and everything else now seems to install in ~/user/Library/Application Support/SqueezeCenter WhaleOil -- WhaleOil ------------------------------------------------------------------------ WhaleOil's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=5227 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=40730 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/beta
