This is what I did. FYI I went back to 6.5.5. yesterday a) I removed the following:
- home -> Library -> SlimDevices folder - home -> Library -> PreferencePanes -> SlimServer.prefPane - home -> Library -> Caches -> SlimServer folder - home -> Library -> Preferences -> com.slim* - home- Library-logs (all files related to slimserver) - hard disk -> Library -> SlimDevices folder - hard disk -> Library -> PreferencePanes -> SlimServer.prefPane I rebooted my computer. b) I downloaded the 10.5.1 combo as suggested in another thread. c) I start once again my computer and I did a repair permissions on my hardrive. Everything was OK. d) I rebooted my computer e) I downloaded the recent nightly buil of Squeezecenter (December 5th) f) I installed Squeezecenter for all users. g) The same problem appeared: The start button kept turning off automaticaly. The Web access stayed grey h) On my Library/slimdevices, I found only a bin file i) On my Library/Logs/Squeezecenter. Nothing inside the Squeezecenter file. j) On my Library/caches, I found nothing related to squeezecenter k) On my Library/PreferencePanes, I found nothing inside this file but the Squeezecenter logo appear on the menu of my system preference in my dock. Strange... Hope this information can help. Did I miss something?
