If I changed any setting from 'disabled' to 'enabled' or chose any non-default options from the drop down lists then hit 'Save Settings', nothing would happen ... the settings would still be what I set them to. However, if I then clicked on 'Close" and then re-opened the Settings and Interface screen, the settings I changed would all be back to their defaults. This morning I downloaded the 12/4 update and installed it over the top. This fixed the problem. Now when I click on 'Save Settings' I see the little green dots progress bar display momentarily as it writes the changes. When I close and re-open the Interface page, my new settings are still there now.
