I originally performed an update installation of SC7 over SS 6.5.1.
Subsequently I removed the Program File directory for SS, uninstalled
SC7 from add/remove programs, and reinstalled with the same results.

Port 9000 doesn't seem to be in use. Running the netstat command as
requested didn't return anything.


TCP/IP is configured and working normally. I have internet access and
was using that system to post to the forum.
