I'm experiencing this same error message, "Internal Rhapsody Error: Unable to Authenticate the User," when trying to stream tracks from my Rhapsody library.
Logitech support's suggested fixes (check username/password in Rhapsody and squeezenetwork; unplug the squeezebox and reconnect it while holding the "+" button to perform a factory reset) didn't resolve the issue. Logitech support's only other idea was to contact Rhapsody support, which is an unappealing proposition. Other squeezenetwork functions work perfectly, and rhapsody streams through slimserver adequately. It's just the squeezenetwork rhapsody access that's giving me problems.
