Here's my problem, sorry it's verbose but I'm trying to put as much info
down as poss!

Had old Celeron PC running an old nightly of SC7, set to use iTunes
(can't remember which SC7 nightly). This PC contained two IDE drives;
one for OS/My Docs etc, the other just for music, the bulk 320kbps CBR
mp3 ripped directly to this drive using CDex/LAME 3.97, some ALAC/AAC.
Connected via Cat5e/router to 2 x SB3s. Both passed network test 100% @
4000kbps. All worked fine.

Bought new PC, popped music drive into USB 2 caddy, copied files on to
new PC's internal SATA drive (just one drive for music and OS in the
new machine).

Installed Kaspersky 7.0.0.125 on new machine. Installed iTunes and
added music to it. Installed SC7 nightly 2007-12-20, the Windows exe
download, told it to use iTunes. Set Kaspersky to ignore everything to
do with SC. SC soon ready to go.

All playing fine for a while until certain songs cause either SB3 (sync
settings make no difference) to state "Rebuffering xx%" on the front.
Evetually music stops, and PC is hung on a black screen with HDD
ticking. Restart PC, same thing happens later. On occaision "Loading
PBR descriptor 2...done" stays on screen after BIOS read - this appears
to be some Dell thing with the restore partitions. Advice is to boot
without any USB attached, or run chkdsk /f /r which I did, no errors.

Uninstall 20 nightly, few days later install SC7 2007-12-27 nightly.
Put all settings back how they were. Same rebuffering happening
intermittently.

First time PC hung to blue screen of death, as attached pic - this
klif.sys file appears to be a Kaspersky thing, so awaiting response
from them.

Second time the rebuffering appeared windows said "System has recovered
from a serious error" due to a driver error but PC recovered.

I very much doubt SC7 is causing all this, but it's been streaming to
my SB3 every time it's happened.

Please help! I don't hold out much hope from Kaspersky, to be honest,
and less from Dell. I could do a restore of the PC which would be a
pain (although it is an option as everything is backed up)

My theories...

1. Dodgy HDD? Seems to make noise when there's nothing happening, as
far as I can see.

2. This klif.sys Kaspersky file is being triggered by something that
SC7 is doing and then hangs the system? All SC7 file locations, ports
and services are excepted in Kaspersky, as far as I can see.

3. Dodgy driver? Poorly USB? Hell, where would you start?!?

4. Memory leak on SC7 somehow? Seems unlikely but rebuffering more
prone after it's been playing for over an hour.

5. Corrupt audio files? Somehow errors have crept in copyng from one
drive to the other? They're only 1st gen copies

...there's nothing obvious in the SC7 logs (I've currently got
(formats.audio) - File Metadata & Audio Parsing Information, (server) -
General Server Information, (server.memory) - Server Memory Usage
(Advanced) logging at "debug" level). What should I be logging to help
with this? There's nothing obvious in the Win XP Events viewer either.

If anyone can help it would be appreciated!! Thanks in advance
