convert.conf, modules.conf and types.conf are in /etc/squeezecenter.  I
think the custom-*.conf files will work in either /etc/squeezecenter or
Plugins/SomePlugin.  The only issue is that there is no mechanism in
the code to support something like someplugin-convert.conf, so if more
than 1 plugin try to put a custom-*.conf file in /etc/squeezecenter,
they will step on each other.  So, at this time, it's best to leave
them in Plugins/SomePlugin.

I didn't realize that.  Your alternatives would be pretty non-standard
for RPMs.  How about if we just leave them in /usr/sbin and change the
RPM to do the same?
