Library and Playlists directories are different and yes, I could copy the lists I really want there. It's better but not optimal as other devices also should have access to those lists (2 copies). And, yes SC pick up the .m3u's files in the Music Library directory even if I have a different Playlist folder. For now I'm just filtering out the .m3u's and that works, but it should need to be that way, should it?
